Do you have a warranty?

Absolutely we do have warranty on certain products! Find out which products by emailing info@shosho.co.za .

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we haven’t shipped to the United States and our friends to the north, United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada. We anticipate expanding our international shipping options in the near future. Stay tuned!

Can I cancel or change my order

At Shosholoza, we strive to deliver your order promptly. If you need to cancel or modify your order after it’s been placed, we’re here to assist. Want to exchange or replace your order? We can help with that, too. Simply contact us at info@shosho.co.za for support.

Do you have all items in stock?

We strive to keep all items listed on our website in stock. However, occasionally, we might not have certain items available. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll promptly inform you and suggest the next steps.

Can I place an order online?

Absolutely! Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world. Note that our standard shipping fee doesn’t cover orders outside South Africa. For international orders, we’ll send you a customized quote that includes international shipping costs. Please wait for this quote before making any payments.

How will I know if my order is successfully placed?

If you can’t find the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail folders. Contact us if you have any queries about your order.

 

 

 

Do you have a refund policy?

Shosholoza Brand Custodians offers 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. However, if you experience any problem then the price of the item will be refunded minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee

Delivery Timeframe: Once the order is shipped, you can expect the delivery to take approximately 2-5 business days for most products. However, the exact delivery time may vary depending on your location in relation to Johannesburg.

Delay Notifications: In case of any delays in shipment, we will promptly notify you to keep you informed about the status of your order.
